Return Policy for Handmade Goods

At Ryan's Undies, we take pride in creating high-quality, eco-friendly, personalized handmade products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

Final Sale Policy: All sales are considered final unless there is a manufacturing issue. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reasons.

Manufacturing Issue: If you receive a product with a manufacturing issue, such as a defect or damage that occurred during the production process, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will work with you to address the issue.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Regina@ryansundies.com within 3 days from the date of delivery to report the manufacturing issue.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue to expedite the process.
  3. Our team will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide instructions for returning the item.
  4. Once the item is received and the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing issue.

Refunds: If a refund is applicable, it will be processed via the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning items due to manufacturing issues will be the responsibility of Ryan's Undies. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we determine that the issue does not stem from a manufacturing defect.
